TelOnline (News - Alert) SAS, a provider of specialized telephony solutions such as VoIP telephony, iPBX, and a predictive dialer has revealed that ALDIA Logistica has signed a contract with the company to deploy an IP telephony solution that will enhance their business phone systems and unified communications in the country of Colombia.
Under the terms of the agreement, TelOnline services will be integrated directly into the shipping tracking system, predictive dialer server and directly into ALDIA Logistica offices located in Bogota, Medellin and Cali.
TelOnline’s SAS platform is based on the Switchvox (News - Alert) SMB AA305, a Grandstream GXW4104 VoIP Gateway that converts analog lines to IP and a predictive dialer that has been developed and customized by TelOnline to allow for easy management and control of the logistics operation, company officials said. In addition, SMB AA305 is an Asterisk (News - Alert)-based platform.
Switchvox’s communications solutions enable an average cost savings of around 60 to 80 percent over comparable voice over IP (VoIP) business phone systems, the company claims. Switchvox SMB AA305 can fully support up to 45 concurrent calls and up to 150 users, as well as up to 10 call recordings and 15 simultaneous conference calls participants.
Moreover, MB AA305 provides real-time switchboard applications for every user which can be managed through either Web interfaces or smartphones such as Blackberry, iPhone and Android (News - Alert).
The Voice Dialer Server, integrated with Switchvox’s API, allows ALDIA Logística to configure voice messages through the Web that can then be sent right to the customers contact list. This Web-based program allows users to much more easily manage and contact their leads and customers. Additionally, the server reduces the time it takes to reach customers by 50-70 percent when compared to manual dialing.
ALDIA Logistica project engineer Javier Leal Alvarez, said in a statement, “We needed a solution that allowed us a constant and detailed follow up of our delivery service. The solution provided by TelOnline allowed us to monitor each customer campaign providing an effective control of their calls.”
