Predictive Dialers can Benefit Any Organization

By Jamie Epstein, TMCnet Web Editor

SpitFire’s Predictive Dialer was introduced to the market several years ago, specifically for small-to-medium businesses to get the word out about their products or solutions without delay to a large group of people. At this time, there really wasn’t anything else available other than huge software programs such as Touchstar, which cost thousands of dollars per seat and took a week to install with a Touchstar Engineer flown onsite.

So, company officials came together to create this dialer which has the ability to be installed by local IT, while the company will provide setup assistance and live training remotely. The system is priced at a fair price so that even the smallest of call centers can benefit from the functionality powered by this dialer.

As the years have progressed, SpitFire’s dialer is now available to any sized call center but can still cater to small companies such as Insurance agents who only have one or two sales people. In addition, other companies such as home remodeling, lawn services, and industries who have very small outbound dialing needs can leverage this dialer solution to reduce costs while simultaneously increasing efficiency.

SpitFire has both Predictive and Preview dialing capability, so customers can select which mode best fits their needs. “It not only increases their call volume, it also gives them a great way to track their calling, rework lists, tie in with their favorite CRM applications, and much more. It blows away manual dialing on so many levels, even for the smallest number of agents, Steve Browning, sales account representative,” SpitFire commented.

For customers that have at least four or more agents including financial centers, collections firms, customer service centers, and many more industries, the Enterprise Predictive application powers both outbound and inbound calling. In addition this predictive dialer also offers the Predictive and Preview capability, so it’s ideal for residential dialing (B2C) as well as B2B, like SpitFire.

Toward the end of last year, TMCnet had the news that SpitFire was offering a not-to-miss Cyber Monday (News - Alert) deal: when a customer purchased a minimum of four agents, they would receive four more completely free. Be sure to stay tuned to the Predictive Dialer channel to see all of the new deals that are released by the company in the near future!
