Innovative Predictive Dialer Launched by redCloud

Officials said that a hosted predictive dialer is in essence a computerized telephone dialing system that dials a series of phone numbers based on algorithmic calculations and then transfers only the answered calls to the people making calls, who are known as agents.

Additionally, predictive dialers increase productivity by separating out answering machines, voicemails, busy tones and fax tones, as well as have the functionality needed to predict and keep on adjusting the dialing patterns based on the number of available agents, average call handling time, number of free lines and various other factors. This capability allows the call flow to be completely handled by the dialer, allowing agents to solely focus their efforts on speaking with either current or prospective customers.

Company officials added that their feature rich predictive dialer can be blended and used for both inbound and outbound call centers. These dialers also use intelligent software which allows the agent to be logged-in even from remote locations, without compromising the level of quality.

Currently, redCloud’s solutions are used in over 70 countries and over 100 contact centers around the world.  The company also offers a complete contact center suite of products that have been used by some of the largest contact centers across the world.

Back in October of last year, TMCnet reported that redCloud had initially launched this dialer, which offers better lead utilization, a higher return on investment and up to 72 percent in reduced labor waste.
