SoundBite's Predictive Dialer Offers Multiple Capabilities

SoundBite Communications (News - Alert), a provider of cloud-based multi-channel communications including a predictive dialer, was recently named to the list of Top Four Voice Broadcasting Solutions of 2011 by Collection Advisor magazine.


The predictive dialer from the company powers advanced features tailored to meet the needs of modern contact centers. The solution combines automated voice messaging, text messaging and email, so organizations can leverage these communications channels from a unified cloud-based platform.

Through utilizing this robust dialer, contact centers around the world can easily manage and track inbound and outbound calls, as well as easily leverage campaign management, agent utilization, integration, compliance and a full suite of pacing models. In addition, this solution efficiently addresses capacity needs in a dynamic collections environment.

Collection Advisor selected the predictive dialer based on its overall performance, superior functionality and impressive market share. In 2010, SoundBite was also chosen by Collection Advisors as one of the Top 25 Collection Technology Products.

In the January 2012 issue of Collection Advisor, Rob Perry, CEO of Telsolutions LTD, a SoundBite reseller partner, acknowledged SoundBite's Predictive Dialer for meeting the varying needs of Telsolutions' customers while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Back in November, SoundBite made headlines when it revealed the immediate availability of SoundBite Preview+, a preview dialing enhancement to SoundBite's Dialer offering on the SoundBite Engage Platform. The new enhancement provides contact centers with the necessary contact strategies to address regulations that limit the use of a predictive dialer in certain types of calls to mobile devices.
