Mnet Financial Enhances Pre-Collection System with Predictive Dialer Functionality

By Rajani Baburajan, TMCnet Contributor

Mnet Financial, a provider of patient pre-collections, collections and payment services for ambulatory surgical centers and hospitals, has unveiled a new pre-collections system that combines innovative technologies such as text messaging, email, voice messaging and a predictive dialer.

The main goal of collection agents working with Mnet’s pre-collection department is to build a rapport with patients. Technology like text messaging helps in building long-term relationships as it has much greater likelihood of being opened and read than a bulk email sent to multiple recipients.

With the company’s offering, healthcare providers have the option of utilizing pre-collection Services independently or as an integrated framework consisting of pre-collections services, collections services and a complete payment solution.

“In the case of text messaging, for example, most people believe that a text message will be opened and that a response will be given, which makes it a valuable tool,” said Mnet Financial CEO David Hamilton, in a statement.

Mnet Financial’s service provides access to a premium service at an affordable price. With the predictive dialer, the company is attempting to “even the playing field” for all, from large healthcare systems to single health providers.

Text messaging and predictive dialer solutions are also depended upon heavily within the insurance industry. In line with that notion, TMCnet reported that iDIALERpro, a company specializing in predictive dialers for insurance agents, revealed some major enhancements to its innovative system.

The insurance predictive dialer already comes pre-loaded with a number of insurance leads broken into states and type of insurance. It is now enhanced with new customer relationship management (CRM) features that help the insurance agent stay in front of their prospects as well as clients through drip emailing, as well as email blasting.
