LeadMaster Unveils New Predictive Dialer Capability

LeadMaster, which offers a multi-functional cloud computing software solution for sales and marketing professionals, has recently launched an advanced predictive dialer function for its LeadMaster platform is called LeadMasterVoice.

"Integrating a dialer with the LeadMaster system provides most of the things people are looking for in this type of system: lead management, sales management, CRM, email marketing, marketing automation and telephony functionality,” said Russell King, CEO, LeadMaster, in a statement.

“We want to provide our customers with an affordable, easy to use system that is integrated seamlessly so regardless of whether they want to do lead nurturing, website integration or simply place phone calls, they'll find LeadMaster has a solution," King added.

The LeadMaster system provides Software-as-a-Service for sales lead management, CRM and marketing automation.

This enhancement is a great productivity booster for anyone who uses the telephone for business. Some of the features include power dialing, click dialing, progressive dialing, silent monitoring, whisper coaching, call recording, supervised transfers, blind transfers, and conferencing.

Additionally, the progressive dialing feature allows LeadMaster clients to click a button to leave a pre-recorded message when connecting with voicemail or an answering machine. The silent monitoring, whisper coaching and call recording features are excellent for call centers. With whisper coaching, the supervisor who is monitoring the call can speak to the agent who is placing the call and the person on the other end of the line will not hear the supervisor. The system also includes detailed call reporting on the account including the number called, the call date/time, and the duration of the call.

LeadMaster has chosen to partner with EVS (Electronic Voice Services, Inc) to power this solution. The company has been creating telephone dialing products since 1993.

 “Users get more sales in less time because they can double, triple, or even quadruple their contacts compared to dialing manually,” Richard Hardgrave, president of EVS concluded.
