Connect First Releases Certified Cloud Routing Destination Program Featuring a Predictive Dialer

A predictive dialer is an automated telephone dialing system that enables call center agents to dramatically increase the number of live connections. Recently, Connect First, a hosted call center software company that provides cloud routing solutions like a predictive dialer, introduced its Certified Cloud Routing Destination program.


In essence, this solution is a contact center that uses and has been trained on the Connect First ACD. It is touted as a hosted solution that allows intelligent load balancing of inbound calls to be directed to multiple contact centers. Calls can then be efficiently routed to multiple distributed contact centers or assigned to secondary queues such as IVR or specialized ACD skill groups.

Recently, Connect First was recognized for Outstanding Innovation and received the 2012 Next Generation Network Leadership Award.

In a press release, Rich Tehrani, CEO, TMC (News - Alert), said: “Connect First Cloud Routing has proven it is exceptional and its innovation has contributed to the transformation of the industry.” “We are pleased to honor Connect First for driving the next generation of technologies that will enable our communications needs.”

Connect First’s VP of Sales, Darren Prine added, “Being both a Cloud Routing Provider and having Certified Destinations which clients can route their calls to gives Connect First a unique advantage in the industry.”

If both the cloud routing client and the outsourced call center are using the Connect First platform, then the customer can achieve tremendous cost savings. In fact, they will pay about a penny per minute less to route to a call center on the company’s network than to one that is not.

Moreover, more accurate routing and better reporting are some of the other benefits that can be seen by leveraging the Connect First platform.
