In addition, it also boasts a Campaign Dialer that works similar to a predictive dialer.

The solution reduces outbound call time significantly.  When utilizing this offering, each user can expect to make over 120 calls an hour without ever having to dial a single number. It automatically picks numbers from an Excel spreadsheet and lets users drop pre-recorded voice messages into a voicemail. The Campaign Dialer also comes with full reporting features to keep track of outbound calls, notes and employee production.
