Storacall Voice Systems, a provider of call recording and agent performance systems, has just inked a partnership with Rostrvm (News - Alert) Solutions to integrate Storacall call recording systems with Rostrvm predictive dialers.
Storacall Voice Systems is a U.K-based supplier and developer of call processing products for call center, help desk, message taking and emergency applications. On the other hand, Rostrvm Solutions (News - Alert) supplies platform independent predictive dialer and call center software.
Thanks to this integration, Storacall recorders can now support the full range of Rostrvm inbound and outbound events including predictive, preview and manual dialing, inbound ACD calls, transferred calls, conference calls and Rostrvm “Clipboard” events.
In short, the integrated call center solution provides seamless contact management and call recording to the industry, enabling users to maximize efficiency and improve customer service.
“This development means that existing users of Storacall recording systems can move to Rostrvm’s call handling solutions and Rostrvm users can add a Storacall recorder knowing that it will be fully compatible with their existing infrastructure,” said Alex Leighton, marketing manager at Storacall, in a statement.
Further, the integration also allows current users of both Storacall and Rostrvm software to upgrade to a fully integrated version. Managers that search for calls based on a wide range of criteria including caller, called number, agent, device, direction, date and time can now quickly identify them and then play them back immediately. The calls can even be replayed based on campaign information provided by Rostrvm Solutions’ call center management software.
The strategic alliance also supports both FSA and PCI (News - Alert) data security standards. The scripting function of the Rostrvm CallGuide software is programmed in such a manner that the customer’s card details are not recorded thus providing compliance.
