Voice2Phone's New Auto Dialer for Appointment Reminder Calls

Voice2Phone, a provider of predictive and auto dialer software, has introduced an enhanced version of its auto dialer software and appointment reminder system for the healthcare industry.

The new auto dialer makes it possible for physicians, health care professionals and other service providers to remind their clients about upcoming appointments. The system integrates with personal computers, Internet connections or VoIP systems.

The patient reminder system is launched after a report for that patients miss up to 12 percent of their medical appointments. Health care offices that miss only one or two of these appointments each day could lose up to $180,000 in annual revenue.

Thanks to the new auto dialer software from Voice2Phone, physicians and healthcare professionals can make calls from their huge databases, import lists from Excel spreadsheets or other programs, thus saving valuable time and efforts while improving efficiency in service delivery.

Vocie2Phone auto dialer more or less works like a predictive dialer , but instead uses Windows-based calendar interfaces for scheduling and confirming appointments. However, like in predictive dialer systems, the auto dialer can use VoIP or PBX (News - Alert) to automatically dial and send customized messages to different client lists.

Advanced auto dialer software delivers different messages for live responders and answering machines. Patients can confirm appointments by pressing “one” on their dial pads or cancel it by pressing “two.” If confirmed a service opening is created with maximum scheduling efficiency.

The auto dialer software supports multiple languages and different messages for key client groups. It can make phone calls and send text messages and E-mails with optional add-on applications.

The auto dialer software can also be used in other industry segments like studios, spas, beauty salons and other personal service industry where providers may remind customers about their scheduled appointments.

The service can also be used as a marketing tool to inform customers about upcoming promotions and special events, as well as advertise dynamic services to targeted client or prospect lists.
