Recently, Harvard Business Review stated that an increasing number of companies and sales professionals are too slow to follow up on leads. According to the review “due to slow response time, a high percentage of sales are lost,” which is why dialer solutions are vital for contact centers. Out of 2,241 respondents, only 37% get back to their leads within an hour, and 16% responded within one to 24 hours, whereas, 24% said that they took more than 24 hours and 23% never responded at all.
For contact centers that don’t want to waste time making calls that could be considered ‘dead-ends,’ or go unanswered they use a predictive dialer. Agents can make better use of their time and complete other tasks that need to be attended to, like their live customer service calls, which make developments from dialing services important to the community.
Mojo Sellling Solutions, which offers lead management, dialing and data services, has launched a new dialing application that allows sales professionals to manage and close leads in more efficient manner. The Mojo on the Go! Application is ideal for professionals like real estate agents, insurance agents, and mortgage brokers.
This application enables users to call three times as many prospects and increases the number of contacts made. According to David England, general Manager at Mojo Selling Solutions, “We’re excited to announce the release of our new Mojo on the Go! application. This new application gives salespeople the ability to perform their prospecting on the go while updating in real time, their web-based Mojo Dialer platform so that they are always in sync.”
Similarly, a recent study by Forrester (News - Alert) Research revealed that over 50% of all sales are made by the vendor or sales professional that responds to a lead first. The launch of Mojo Selling Solutions’ new Mojo on the Go! application could prove to have perfect timing and will coincide with products already on the market, like SpitFire’s Enterprise Predictive Dialer has the ability to quickly and automatically place outbound calls and connect the answered calls to available agents.
