CRMnext Releases Automated Marketing Functionality

Customer relationship management solution provider CRMnext has announced the release of new advanced marketing resource management functionality for streamlining and automating marketing campaign execution.  Marketers will now be able to leverage the smart marketing resource management tool to manage increasing volumes of marketing programs, materials and assets.

The newly released functionality will also help users control and distribute sales tools, communication templates and brand assets.  

“Having the advanced resource management functionality in place will help in increasing organizational efficiency by aligning marketing plans with business goals to make the best use of marketing resources, which will enable organizations to boost productivity and increase profits,” said Dr Manoj Kumar, product architect at CRMnext.

CRMnext’s new tool is designed to provide businesses with useful insights into past performance, which in turn will help optimize marketing investments.  

An intuitive user interface allows for easy access of all marketing material and campaign execution details, leading to an increased user adoption.  The tool updates customer facing teams on new developments and changes in print and media campaigns, while allowing marketers to spend less time organizing campaign assets.

CRMnext was in similar news earlier this month for announcing the launch of advanced template management functionality designed to help organizations standardize communication with the customers.

Companies aim to portray a consistent image of brand identity and CRMnext hopes its standardized templates for communication will do just that.  According to the company, it is easy to generate rich templates for SMS and emails with CRMnext’s template management functionality, which also provides several readymade templates.

These templates can then be customized according to the needs of customers, leaving companies to invest more time on their core business.

“ Setting up and accessing pre-made templates is one of the most effective and efficient way to save time and effort,” Dr Kumar said.
