Navatar Group, a global cloud service provider and prominent Salesforce.com reseller, has announced free data migration into Navatar Private Equity, a pre-built CRM and Operations solution which runs in Salesforce.com’s (News
- Alert) cloud.
A cloud solution, Navatar Private Equity manages fundraising, deals flow, portfolio and capital calls/distributions for a private equity firm, available for a low monthly fee. Additionally, private equity firms spend no money on consulting, said company officials.
In addition to implementation services, Navatar (News - Alert) Group provides unlimited training, maintenance and unlimited support, related to Navatar Private Equity, free of charge.
Navatar Private Equity enables firms to manage fund lifecycle; identify potential investors for a fund; track investor commitments; manage commitment transfers; manage co-investments; track side letters and limited partner agreements/
Moreover with it, firms can also identify correspondence for each fund; track deal flow/deals in the pipeline; manage capital calls and distributions; track portfolio company performance; manage fund of funds portfolio; and more.
“Navatar Private Equity is already becoming the product of choice.” said Ketan Khandkar, principal at Navatar Group, adding that the company is making the transition to cloud computing painless by removing all services costs.
Navatar Private Equity runs on most editions of salesforce.com's service, eliminating the need for any other software, hardware, subscription or services. Company officials said that all code as well as client data is encrypted and stored on salesforce.com servers.
In December 2010, High Street Capital selected Navatar Private Equity Cloud to manage its fundraising, deal flow, portfolio and capital calls/distributions.
