CoreMatrix Systems Sees Explosive Growth for "Experts on Demand"

CoreMatrix Systems, a provider of cloud computing consulting, systems integration and support services, announced that demand for its “Experts on Demand” service continues to accelerate and customer satisfaction levels are high.

 
Experts on Demand allows companies to outsource the ongoing maintenance and support of Software-as-a-Service or “SaaS (News - Alert)” solutions, such as Salesforce.com, to a dedicated consultant with extensive knowledge of the application, the company said.
 
Through this service, CoreMatrix (News - Alert) supplies “Experts” who work with customers during the transition to a new solution, to drive user adoption and ensure they will obtain the greatest value from the SaaS package they have selected.
 
Mark Werrell, vice president of consulting services at CoreMatrix, said the company sees increased demand for Experts on Demand Service, often in environments where customers also have Salesforce.com (News - Alert) premium support.
 
“The feedback we have received clearly indicates that our Experts on Demand service complements the Salesforce.com service,” Werrell added.
 
Elizabeth Bellis of Fry Communications, who was charged with switching the company’s in-house sales contact database to Salesforce.com, says that CoreMatrix Experts on Demand service facilitated a smooth data transition, and have continued to provide a highly responsive service.
 
“CoreMatrix has really helped us maximize our investment in Salesforce.com,” Bellis said.
 
According to Werrell, CoreMatrix support consultant intimately knows their customers’ systems, and is able to act as an extension of their team.
 
“Our support consultants are much more than product experts,” Werrell said. “They focus on understanding the business drivers and desired results first, and then optimize the system to meet those needs.”
 
In November last year, CoreMatrix announced an alliance with Aprimo, a global provider of on-demand marketing software solutions, to combine the powerful on-demand marketing solutions found in Aprimo Marketing Studio with the SaaS implementation and integration expertise offered by CoreMatrix.
