Incentivated recently made it known that it has been appointed by Royal Mail as its mobile partner. Both companies will collaborate to help ensure that Royal Mail business customers benefit from increased response rates via direct mail promotions.

Royal Mail's MarketReach business has made it possible for brands to enhance visibility and return on investment (ROI) by leveraging an extensive suite of creative and digital response tools. MarketReach was introduced by the company to provide its clients with advanced mail solutions that focus on expanding business operations.
Along with Incentivated, MarketReach provides business customers the option to include mobile-optimised 'calls to action' with their direct mail which will enable them to quickly respond to postal sales promotions. Furthermore, Royal Mail will also provide clients with mobile sites and apps via Incentivated.
Incentivated provides three different, and complementary, response mechanisms which inlcude the SMS response through which MarketReach offers customers 'text for appointment, text for coupon/ voucher, text for callback, text for app/ website, and text for nearest (store among other options).’
MarketReach can securely generate QR codes for clients leveraging Incentivated's Barcode Generation tool while the Personalised email addresses response tool serves a similar functionality to that of SMS or QR response for customers who interact via email or for those customers who do not have rich media on their phones.
Royal Mail can now easily set and offer detailed reports as well as analytics to customers via the "iris" - mobile campaign management platform from Incentivated. Customers of Royal Mail will be provided with secure access to their own campaigns via the “iris” platform.
