Grapple, touted as Europe's leading mobile innovation agency, has partnered with select reputed brands to deliver a set of commercially effective efforts in mobile innovation. It continues to invest in pioneering technology solutions and delivers transformative smartphone and tablet experiences.
In keeping with its growth commitment, Grapple has acquired Toura, well known for its cloud-based content distribution for smartphone and tablet applications. Grapple's roster of clients has been steadily growing in the last 12 months, noted officials.
Grapple is expected to incorporate Toura's cutting-edge proprietary technology, “Mulberry and Mobile App Producer” (MAP), into its own intellectual property for use by clients across the globe.
Grapple will continue to operate Toura in the U.S.
“The combination of our two companies will drive significant value for not only Grapple's existing client roster, but Toura's clients, too," stated Jamie True, cofounder of Grapple, while commenting on the partnership.
Grapple was awarded 'Innovative Agency 2012' by Marketing Innovation, and recognized as 'agency to watch' by both New Media Age and The Drum.
It reportedly continues to maintain its top position with its mix of award-winning mobile services to global brands.
The Toura acquisition, considered a significant milestone, is regarded as crucial to Grapple's continued leadership in the market.
Toura has been developing state-of-the-art technology through focused investment in research and development and also collaborative interaction with its clients. Its technology platforms are in use by major media and publishing companies, and powers applications for many of the world's major organizations.
Grapple, which claims to don the status of a 'definitive agency for the connected world,' has an award-winning team of over 70 specialists, who create cutting-edge products that build deeper connections between clients and their customers.
"Combining Toura's platform with Grapple's impressive management and development teams will create a powerful enterprise offering. I am extremely proud of what Toura has achieved to date and this acquisition will benefit our respective customers," commented Sayoko Knight Teitelbaum, cofounder of Toura.
