Colombia-based Navcar has announced that TelOnline (News - Alert) has implemented a customized hosted IP-PBX solution between its Bogota and Cundinamarca office.
TelOnline is a telecommunications solutions company. The company is providing Navcar with a practical, affordable telecommunications solution, said Juan Carlos Castañeda, president at TelOnline, adding that it’s a scalable solution that could grow as Navcar continues to grow and expand in new and different territories.
Navcar manufactures and markets cables, polyurethane suspension bushings, hydraulic brake hoses, idler pulleys and parts for automotive, motorcycles, agricultural, industrial and hardware.
TelOnline’s implemented hosted IP-PBX (News - Alert) solution allows the small and medium size business (SMB) to have a “cutting-edge” telephone system, eliminating that need to invest in telephone equipment.
In addition, it also offers countless features -- at no additional cost -- to help keep business running smoothly as the organization continues to grow, according to company officials.
The features include geographical flexibility that enables employees to work across different regions and countries with a virtual office phone system; credibility, presenting customers with a professional sounding high definition voice telephone system.
Additional features include call queuing, caller ID, voicemail to e-mail, simultaneous ring, automated greeting, calling logs and more.
Company officials said the solution provides free site to site calling across the networked locations, such as call from Bogota to Cundinamarca office for free.
Additionally to Navcar, TelOnline provided ten Yealink (News - Alert) SIP-T20P IP phones. A handset telephone, Yealink SIP-T20P IP phone allows Navcar to make high-definition voice calls in a simple, convenient and reliable manner. Phone (News - Alert) features includes 2 VoIP accounts; HD Voice: HD Codec, HD Handset, HD Speaker; call waiting, call transfer, call forward, Hold, mute, flash, auto-answer, redial; three-way conference, DND, speed dial; and more.
Earlier in June, Aida Direct selected TelOnline to implement customized telecommunications solutions that integrate between a virtual PBX and customer relationship management (CRM) for Aida Direct call centers.
