Express Interconnect, a Portland, Oregon-based Asterisk IP PBX (News - Alert) consulting company, recently revealed its ReadyVoicePBX AMI can now be used in the Amazon AWS EC2 cloud platform that is optimized for VoIP.
ReadyVoicePBX AMI is packed with Asterisk (News - Alert) 1.8 LTS configured on Amazon Linux x64 and lets small businesses seamlessly configure any number of extensions their bandwidth allows them to and multiple SIP trunks from any SIP providers.
The ReadyVoicePBX AMI is based on a setup it already implemented in its ExpressVoice PBX hosted VoIP that offers lower cost SIP trunk and is capable of allowing unlimited concurrent connections.
Some of the advanced features and benefits offered by ExpressVoice PBX include no complicated, loud, space consuming equipment onsite, removes equipment failure and maintenance worry, no high upfront cost from buying expensive equipment, custom configured auto-attendant, virtual conference rooms, the ability to tie multiple locations together, CDR calling records, complete SSH access and full Asterisk features.
The ReadyVoicePBX AMI offers most of the advanced features used by ExpressVoice PBX in its Hosted VoIP phone service. The AMI does not have DAHDI installed as it often leads to Asterisk complications.
Companies looking for a robust and feature rich platform to host their Voice over IP solution can deploy the ReadyVoicePBX AMI, which is easy to deploy and maintain. Advanced calling features such as call forwarding, call transfer, follow me and call parking, that were until now available to high-end PBX telephony systems, are now available to small businesses in the form of ReadyVoicePBX AMI.
