AiTech has selected SmartRecord for call recording on BroadWorks’ Hosted PBX platforms.
In a recent statement, AiTech explained it selected SmartRecord because it increases revenue per users, is certified by BroadSoft (News - Alert), and integrates with BroadWorks systems.
Also, service providers and telcos get a call recording solution they host and can offer as a value-added service with the solution. It also complements core hosted PBX (News - Alert) and SIP trunking services. As of now, SmartRecord is used at over 60 BroadSoft service providers.
In addition, service providers can offer customers a recording solution that meets compliance standards, such as PCI (News - Alert) DSS, ISO 9001, FCA, MiFID, HIPAA, and SAS-70. It also allows for liability protection and can be used at call centers.
"We are continuing to experience substantial growth from our call recording solution and innovative partners like AiTech are a big reason for this,” Randy Sorensen, vice president of sales and marketing at CTI (News - Alert) Group, said in a statement. “The power of such technology partnerships delivers many customer benefits as they help to protect and expand a customer's original investment, as well as ensuring customers benefit from the latest R&D.
