TRX, Inc., a company that deals in travel data and technology, recently announced that its ACM solution has been selected by FCm Travel Solutions, a travel management company. The solution will be used to monitor and analyze FCm’s clients’ airline contracts and relationships. Moreover, TRX consultants will also help FCm to enhance their current airline sourcing offer, ensuring optimal program performance and supplier relationships for the clients.
TRX’s on-demand ACM solution consolidates and simplifies the global travel and expense data (beyond agency data) and provides insights for saving and solving travel management challenges. The customizable dashboards from TRX are very easy to use. Users in any business department and at all levels can get a quick, high level view of client’s travel program details, and the reports drill down into details clients need to better track, control and save.
“As a global leader in corporate travel and expense management, FCm strives to provide companies with innovative solutions that deliver greater savings on their travel,” said President of FCm Travel Solutions USA Billy McDonough. “TRX technology and services will help us conduct deeper analysis of our clients’ air travel performance and supplier relationships, and give us a new level of data to identify further savings opportunities.”
“Our ACM solution gives FCm and its clients full visibility into supplier relationships,” said TRX President and CEO David Cathcart. “We are pleased to work with FCm and provide technology that helps them bolster client satisfaction and results.”
TRX recently announced its new QM Xpress application for the Sabre (News - Alert) Red App Centre. According to a release, QM Xpress, designed to operate in the Sabre Red Workspace, is an extension of TRX's Queue Manager (QM) product, a workflow management tool that helps agencies operate more effectively. Agents can retrieve tasks and process PNRs directly from the Sabre Red Workspace, eliminating the need to toggle back and forth between the GDS and the QM tool.
