NetPlus Sees Increased Demand for Dashboards Product

NetPlus, a provider of telecom expense management products and solutions, helps clients tackle their telecom expenses. NetPlus Dashboards provides key telecom business intelligence to customers, and the company has seen an increase in demand for its Dashboard product at numerous customer sites in the past quarter.
“Dashboards were developed to help users access information better. And we have received overwhelming positive response from it. Users are particularly excited about our Telecom Expense Management (TEM) Dashboard. Managers find it particularly helpful because they can set Dashboards to assist them in proactively monitoring SLA’s,” Matt Lewis, president, NetPlus said in a statement.
NetPlus Dashboards utilizes Widgets on Dashboard Pages to customize the display of critical data for the operation of telecom expense management, networks and MAC processes. It provides complete visibility for every user, from manager to technician on what they need to see.
According to a piece in Washington Post earlier this year, sequestration is projected to cut $84.4 billion dollars in spending in 2013, and is expected to increase annually and organizations need solutions to maintain operations with limited funds. NetPlus claims that its TMS can increase efficiency and increase productivity, leading to savings at many organizations both in the federal government and commercially.
NetPlus has nearly 25 years of experience serving customers including Department of Defense, Department of State, United States Air Force, Avaya (News - Alert) and Verizon. Recently, the company announced that one of its large federal clients has improved its invoice processing and chargeback efficiency by more than 50 percent.
