Radisys Corporation, a provider of embedded wireless infrastructure and telecom platform deployment solutions, recently appointed Hubert de Pesquidoux to its Board of Directors.

Pesquidoux, former chief financial officer (CFO) of Alcatel-Lucent (News - Alert) and president of its Enterprise Business Group, brings diverse expertise gained from a long and distinguished career in executive, financial and operational management roles within the telecommunications industry.

De Pesquidoux was a member of the Alcatel Executive Committee. During his nearly 20-year tenure at Alcatel-Lucent, de Pesquidoux held executive positions including president and CEO of Alcatel North America, chief executive officer (CEO) of Alcatel Canada, and CFO of Alcatel USA.

Radisys provides advanced telecom platform deployment solutions based on the ATCA infrastructure, coupled with Trillium software, services and market expertise. These solutions find applications in a wide variety of 3G & 4G / LTE (News - Alert) mobile network applications.

Recently, the company attained 175 additional wireless infrastructure customers, further enhancing its leadership across multiple technology domains. In another recent development, the telecom platform deployment provider inked a partnership with Mavenir Systems (News - Alert) to power LTE services using Radisys' AdvancedTCA platforms, Trillium software and IP media servers.
