ICCS, a telecommunications consulting company and subsidiary of Equinox Five, has launched its new Titan Program for agent partners.
Officials with ICCS explained that the newly launched Titan program is an invitation only agent program for telecom channel partners to help them leverage unique support, rewards and infrastructure. The program aims to help members more effectively drive new revenue, customer loyalty and residual income within the growth demands of cloud, managed and network services.
“The ICCS Titan program is an industry-first program offering a tremendous opportunity for agent partners who qualify for this ‘invitation only’ program designed specifically for the elite few,” said Scott Raymer, CEO of ICCS, in a statement.
“As a member of our Titan Program, agents are part of our elite class where we rally dedicated resources to provide a professional and special membership experience,” he added.
Raymer said that the program includes benefits and rewards designed to help agents selling now or want to sell cloud, managed and network services to customers.
The Titan program features best commission payouts, evergreen clauses, prioritized pricing, custom proposal support, personal support numbers with dedicated account management, install and sales support, customer contract buyouts, free trips, guaranteed cash bonuses, exclusive agent council membership and more.
“With the cloud market expected to grow from $12 billion to $36 billion over the next couple years, it’s vital our channel partners have the right tools, incentives and platform to gain a competitive edge. ICCS Titan Program is the strategic program agents have been waiting for,” said Raymer.
Jeff Good, SVP of marketing of ICCS, said that their partner agents have put their trust in the company’s ability to continually deliver effective cloud, managed and network services, all coupled with world-class agent and customer support.
“Our agent channel and programs are the best in the telecom space. The introduction of the Titan program only enhances our position to continually recognize and reward the hard work of our agent partners,” he said. “You overlay the Titan program with our already amazing agent benefits like a retirement program, agent commission override program and numerous sales incentives and you can fully appreciate why we have the strongest agents and best channel partner program in the industry.”
Good concluded by saying that the company’s goal is to grow long-term strategic channel partners and the Titan Program rewards these partners extremely well for their hard work.
