Next Level Security Systems, a developer of advanced unified, networked security solutions, announced that its NLSS Gateway (News - Alert) has been selected for deployment by Navarre Corp., a provider of distribution, third party logistics, supply chain management and related services for North American clients, to help in improving security among a few of its distribution facilities in the North American region.

The subsidiaries of Navarre Corp., Navarre Distribution Services and Navarre Logistical Services, deliver distribution and returns management, third-party logistics, personalized marketing programs and other related services for its clients across North American. The company employs reliable and optimized systems infrastructure and uses its network of support teams to deliver its services to retailers in this region and their suppliers.

In an effort to further enhance and improve its services for clients, the company was considering switching its analog system to an IP-based security system capable of providing higher-quality video capture functionality and capable of allowing the security teams to harness the power of a powerful and comprehensive IT infrastructure platform. Additionally, the company wanted to enable access to the system for multiple users operating even from remote locations and employ search capabilities, as well as video analytics to enhance security.
