The 1-800 We Answer call center network recently bought the market research group TMR Inc. as part of its plans to expand its existing network of call centers based across eight states.
TMR Inc., a multidimensional marketing research organization, was founded as a telephone data collection company that has been expanded to offer consumer, industrial and medical data collection and analysis ranging from simple mail surveys to sophisticated Web-based studies. The company claimed that it engineered its telephone interviewing process through advanced technology to offer quicker turnaround at a lower cost.
TMR has one CATI telephone interviewing facility in New Jersey and two of those in Pennsylvania from where a total of 150 stations can be accessed. TMR’s 150 interviewing stations are stated to be equipped with ACS (News - Alert) Query, CfMC and Results CATI software systems and these are the reasons cited by clients worldwide for choosing TMR as their data collection partner of choice.
With the acquisition of TMR, 1-800 We Answer will now be able to offer a range of telephone answering, virtual office, telemarking and call center services including political polls and telephone surveys.
Officials with 1-800 We Answer remarked, “The additional level of market research knowledge and experience 1-800 We Answer will receive through TMR helps the company deliver additional valuable tools into clients' hands, giving them new ways to cost-effectively streamline their marketing, customer service and sales programs.”
Some of the call center services offered by 1-800 We Answer include telephone call center, healthcare telephone call center, emergency recovery and contingency, call center service, virtual office, resellers / CLEC’s, voicemail, cell phone, pager and repair service.
