MicroAutomation is giving a new procurement option to government customers and contractors with the availability of Enghouse Interactive (News - Alert) and Voxeo products on its GSA IT Schedule 70.
Companies are authorized to sell their IT products and services to government and other customers through Schedule 70 that ensures eligible customers get competitive pricing without facing a competitive procurement process.
MicroAutomation is also providing a teaming opportunity to its partners that are pursuing government contracts.
“Having our manufacturer partners’ products available on our GSA (News - Alert) Schedule alongside of our own enables us to provide more comprehensive and cost effective solutions both directly to our government customers and through our partner community,” said Scott Fischer, chief operating officer at MicroAutomation.
MicroAutomation already offers a suite of advanced contact center products and professional services such as CallCenter Millennium, MicroMessenger and E9-1-1 CTI (News - Alert) and IVR products.
The complete list of approved products and services from MicroAutomation is available on Schedule 70 under contract number GS-35F-0419L.
“MicroAutomation understands the unique needs of our government customers, and the importance of providing competitive pricing and efficient procurement,” added Fischer.
MicroAutomation offers an extensive range of contact center technology solutions and professional services. The company was in news last month when it was chosen as a new North America channel partner by integrated customer interaction management, workforce optimization, and back-office solutions provider Aspect (News - Alert) Software.
As per the agreement, Aspect's portfolio of products and technologies will be added to the consulting and implementation services of MicroAutomation.
“The Aspect product line fits into the MicroAutomation philosophy of recommending industry leading technology on which we can build contact center solutions that both contain ongoing costs and truly give our customers a competitive advantage in customer service,” said Chad Wright, MicroAutomation CTO and commercial practice lead.
Both companies already share a business relationship under which MicroAutomation is a Voxeo (News - Alert) partner for building both cloud and premises-based contact center solutions on the Voxeo Prophecy and CXP platforms.
