It’s inevitable that cloud computing has entered into the voice communication domain. Cloud Voice Management Suite (VMS), a cloud-based voice software solution, has been introduced by Voxware (News - Alert), a provider of voice solutions.
With rich experience in developing end-to-end voice solutions, Voxware has launched Cloud Voice Management Suite (VMS), a cloud-based voice software solution.
Cloud VMS is a fully productized bundle that includes the software, voice-ready units, pre-packaged configuration options, 24/7 support, VMS software updates, and hardware refreshes.
Additionally, the company offers hands-free voice solutions that enable uses to communicate safely and accurately while completing tasks and working, thereby boosting operational productivity and improving customer experiences.
"Our newest offering enables companies who are looking for easy, but high-impact change to implement a robust voice solution that improves productivity, safety, accuracy, and ultimately, customer relationships," said Keith Phillips, President and CEO, Voxware.
According to a press release, this Cloud Voice Management Suite is easy and simple to install, and users don’t need technical expertise to employ Cloud VMS; they need only complete a simple questionnaire before receiving a ready-to-deploy product.
Cloud VMS can also run without an IT infrastructure, drastically reducing input costs associated with server hardware, maintenance, and IT personnel. This model ultimately allows users to get what they pay for without any hidden fees or peripheral maintenance costs.
"Cloud VMS removes the headaches of implementation, maintenance, and updates – freeing organizations from relying on heavy internal IT resources," continued Phillips. "Customers do not have to manage servers, undergo timely and expensive deployments, or costly upgrades. Instead, we handle the heavy-lifting, allowing organizations to more efficiently realize the advantages that voice solutions provide."
Users of VMS get automatic software updates, as well as hardware refreshes, to ensure they are always leveraging the latest technologies.
