Master Call Corporation Taps DIGITALK for Consumer, Voice Peering Platforms

By Carrie Majewski (née Schmelkin), Director of Content Marketing, Content Boost

Master Call Corporation is the latest U.S. service provider to turn to the DIGITALK (News - Alert) consumer and voice peering platform in an effort to enhance quality-based carrier routing.

Recently, Master Call Corporation announced its selection of the DIGITALK Consumer Platform to migrate all services to an all-IP network infrastructure, enabling standardized operations and management with a single point of control.

“DIGITALK presented a compelling case on both the technical and commercial components – the DIGITALK platform has a very strong feature set that we simply do not have now,” Ross Tsoutiev, Master Call Corporation’s CEO said. “DIGITALK also showed an unrivalled level of commitment and care that reassures us we had found the right partner to be working with going forward.”

As part of this new partnership, Master Call Corporation will migrate all post-paid account-based and calling card services over to the DIGITALK platform with no disruption to service, and will further enhance routing capabilities with the DIGITALK SBC VoIP Peering (News - Alert) application for quality-based carrier routing, according to company officials.

By migrating to IP and a single platform, Master Call Corporation will be able to enjoy cost savings and promote business expansion.

DIGITALK was selected for its reputation for reliability in the market to sustain smart, reliable and value-conscious services for its existing international customers, according to Master Call Corporation officials.  The advanced features and flexibility of the DIGITALK platform also enables Master Call Corporation to rapidly adapt its services to meet future market demands and changes.

“We have a responsibility to deliver a solution that solves the big issues, which are typically either improving operational efficiencies, or providing the tools that enable business growth,” Justin Norris, DIGITALK’s CEO said. “Master Call Corporation is one of many examples where we can deliver both.”
