VoIPDito is standing out from the crowd with the ITSPA Quality Mark. The London-based business VoIP providers said they have earned this prestigious qualification by delivering quality service to customers over a long time. This reputation has been noticed by the ITSPA officials leading to the awarding of the quality certificate this year.
UK based ITSPA is a trade association that represents business phone network operators and service providers delivering VoIP services to businesses and residential consumers in the United Kingdom and in the European Union.
Although VoIP services are growing in popularity, users want to purchase services from a provider that has proven record to deliver technology. Providers with ITSPA certification assures customers that they are purchasing VoIP services from the right provider and they can buy services confidently.
“This Quality Mark means a lot to us. It’s something we have been working for ever since we entered the marketplace. We knew we needed to stand out from the crowd, and there is no better way to do that than with the ITSPA Quality Mark,” said VoIPDito’s CTO Hugh Porter.
The ITSPA has currently more than members that deliver VoIP services. Out of these 50, only 18 have been awarded the coveted ITSPA quality mark.
VoIPDito was in news earlier this year when it partnered with VoIP Innovations (News - Alert) to bring E911 emergency service to the US. This alliance will allow users to stage their phone calls via Internet transmission.
The E911 service will also enable the automatic identification of users and forward their addresses to emergency service responders.
