Rimhub, a global managed services company that delivers highly specialized services to companies in the telecommunications industry, has recently launched its VoIP call center solution the IP Center of Excellence.
By introducing the new IP Center of Excellence, the company will now be able to offer its customers on-boarding and provisioning support, as well as NOC (News - Alert), IP-fraud prevention support and application software development services. These features will prove highly beneficial for both telecom and VoIP providers alike.
Rimhub's IP COE has now become the first organization outside of BroadSoft (News - Alert) that provides specific support services to its solutions and products. It will be staffed by about a dozen BroadSoft certified engineers and IP and VoIP experts.
In addition, the COE will provide telecom service providers with services and solutions such as hosted turnkey IP-PBX (News - Alert) platform solutions, subscriber migrations support, IP-PBX fraud management, service provisioning, and NOC services.
In a statement, Omar Paul, vice president of IP Services for Rimhub, said, “The idea of building and expanding support services focused on serving BroadSoft customers gave rise after numerous discussions with telecom companies and hearing common requests for help with platform integration, streamlining processes, and how they could get the most out of BroadSoft's platform. In response, Rimhub worked with BroadSoft to create the IP Center of Excellence, further enhancing our ability to provide exceptional IP support to our customers."
BroadSoft is a major company within the telecom industry that has considerable expertise in providing VoIP application server solutions.
