SIP Print (News - Alert) recently worked with Payworks, a Canadian payroll company, enabling Payworks to boost its Quality Assurance and archiving capabilities thanks to SIP Print’s top-of-the-line call recording technology.
In an audio recording using SIP Print’s software, Don Palmer (News - Alert), CEO of SIP Print recorded Payworks’ Operations Analyst Bob Haldane’s testimonial about what the software has enabled Payworks to accomplish since its installation.
“We use it primarily for archiving and Quality Assurance training,” stated Haldane. “We’re in the payroll industry so it’s fairly important we have records of transactions and requests coming in from clients. I was very impressed with the installation, and I was quite surprised that it didn’t really need any intervention,” he added.
As a business that manages payroll features such as Employee Time & Attendance, Performance Management, Benefits Administration, Custom Reporting, Applicant Tracking and Employee Self Service, Payworks has benefitted from SIP Print’s call recording solution in compliance-concerned ways. The call recording software will prevent legal issues from going haywire.
“We actually determined from the very beginning that we wanted something that was simple to use, very easy to install, nothing complicated,” mentioned Palmer.
SIP Print targets mainly small and medium businesses with call recording software that is competitively priced. At the ITEXPO (News - Alert) West 2010, this reporter had a chance to actually view the technology in action, and it was a unique experience. Check out the video interview I conducted with Jonathan Fuld, CTO of SIP Print.
