U.K. based, low-cost teleconferencing provider Meetupcall has announced one touch call recording as part of their standard Pay As You Go teleconference service.
Simon Moxon, CEO at Meetupcall, said that with their one-touch record as a standard feature on the entry level Pay As You Go Service, “we are now making features once reserved for large enterprises available to individuals, startups and small to medium sized businesses (SMBs).”
Originally, Meetupcall was available as an expensive add-on feature to the conference call services offered by the major telecoms companies. Back in 2009, it was the first of the low cost providers to offer conference call recording for free.
And with its one-touch recording, the company claims to have made recording customers teleconference even easier. Moxon said that making the teleconferencing services as accessible and user-friendly as possible has always been Meetupcall’s goal.
Through pressing a key on their telephone keypad, teleconference hosts can record a conference call and have it delivered directly into their inbox. Company officials said that this recording can then be used for future reference, minute taking or forwarded on to colleagues who were unable to make the call.
A fully feature teleconference service, Meetupcall’s Pay As You Go can be signed up instantly with no setup charges or monthly fees. Company officials said that it is billed directly to your telephone and is charged at 4.2p per minute.
Meetupcall have been providing teleconference services since 2009 and offer a full range of conference call services to suit individuals through to large enterprises such as Netto, HBOS & LG.
Last year in June, Meetupcall announced that retail discount giant Netto joined the ranks of the ever-increasing Meetupcall customer family.
