VoIP Supply, a supplier of VoIP equipment and integrated communication systems for businesses of all sizes, service providers and resellers, has announced the addition of Sony Video Conferencing systems to its extensive VoIP and Unified Communications (News - Alert) (UC) catalog.
The North American supplier of VoIP equipment and complete solutions has expanded its portfolio as it wants to offer a brand that is synonymous with popular electronics products such as the Walkman and the PlayStation.
VoIP Supply notes that the Sony Video Conferencing systems can be paired with any type of video conferencing displays for a complete solution. The company especially mentions the Sony PCS-XA80/DS and Sony PCS-XG80/9DS systems, which offer users the 720p non PTZ Camera or, 1080/60i PTZ Camera.
These two products also feature built-in recording, built-in multicast and unicast streaming, connect at speeds up to 10 MB and is six-site multipoint capable. Both products can exceed the typical four-site limit of other video conferencing options thanks to the features Sony PCS-MCG80 six-site multiway software.
The Sony video conferencing system also offers the optional Wacom Bamboo Pen and Touch CTH460 Touch Tablet that enables participants to manipulate the screen and point-out data.
