A new call and video recording solution, Infortel CRM Infuze, has made its debut recently that gives the organization better visibility and higher control over their telecom expenses.
ISI Telemanagement Solutions (News - Alert), Inc., a key player in the telecom management space, has come up with a new solution that seems to have all the right potentials to redefine the ways companies track and monitor their telecom expenses. The resulting product has been given the name, Infortel CRM Infuze.

To this end, Infortel CRM Infuze packs all the facets of Infortel Select and Verba's call and video recording plus Microsoft DynamicsCRM. This integration enables the solution to offer call accounting, call recording, video recording and Dynamics CRM capabilities via one interface.
Using this unique platform, users will be able to report on call tendencies while accessing archived versions of the call themselves. By allowing the businesses track and monitor calls made from both mobile phones, and softphones, Infuze helps businesses get a complete picture of their communication activities.
Thanks to its archiving feature, Infuze eliminates the risks of lost data. As a net result, the integrated solution helps reconcile the communication activities of an organization into the company CRM system and improve the quality of telecom management thereof.
