SYBER Inc., an information technology company that helps reduce IT expenditure while increasing the security, reliability and optimization of networks, is now delivering RingCentral (News - Alert) Active by SYBER, the unified communications platform designed for business.
The new offering is expected to provide nationwide service connecting businesses to customers using whatever devices they prefer, and they need only a broadband Internet connection, said company officials.
RingCentral Active, according to Jack Crane, CEO at SYBER, is a communications system for the active office and professional. It routes a call to the specific device of a user's choice, effectively removing the guesswork from communications.
To companies, RingCentral Active provides a complete cloud-based phone system that can integrate both office and mobile work environments in one account. Company officials said RingCentral Active by SYBER features unlimited conference calling --1000 participants, IP desk phone, mobile phone and softPhone service, SMS for business, call management, e-faxing and mobile apps for iPhone (News - Alert), Android and BlackBerry.
“With RingCentral's feature set and SYBER's reliability and support, RingCentral Active will service small and medium sized businesses (SMBs) throughout the country by delivering phone configurations that were not possible until now,” Crane said. “SYBER's current voice subscribers will notice a new level of capabilities with a seamless upgrade, while new customers will benefit from the only unified cloud communications system reliable enough to be for business in the cloud.”
RingCentral Active enables companies to remain responsive to customers irrespective of the situation. Moreover, they can connect with their employees, located anywhere, using a single local or toll-free number.
Employees can also route calls based on predefined metrics like caller ID, set up automated receptionist messages, access SMS messaging, or update phone trees on the fly with their mobile device.
Last month, SYBER rolled out a
social media management package for businesses that includes account setup on the five most important social media sites for businesses -- Facebook, Twitter (News - Alert), LinkedIn, Google+ and Foursquare -- as well as day-to-day management and interaction.
