A post featured on Castanet.net last week disclosed that Hansen Software Corporation (HSC), a Canadian call recording and call accounting manufacturer, have formed a partnership with Toshiba of Canada (News - Alert) Limited. Toshiba of Canada, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Toshiba Corporation and a diversified electric/electronic manufacturer that provides a wide range of products and services on a global basis, announced that the alliance officially began on March 4.
Richard Wierzbowski, vice president of telecommunication operations for Toshiba of Canada Limited, welcomed HSC as a strategic partner for Toshiba, as it provides its dealer network and end user customers “the power of choice for certified Cash+ Call Recording and Call Accounting products with the IPedge pure IP solution and Strata CIX”—its hybrid IP business telephony solution.
Hansen Software Corporation CEO Craig Hansen said that he considered the partnership with Toshiba of Canada Limited, which has recently certified CASH+, a means to establish new ground to market its product.
CASH+ is a converged VoIP telephony unique system on SIP Trunks for call recording solutions that meet customer’s telephone call accounting needs. It enables IPedge and Strata CIX users alike to record call activities on their communication platform in a more effective manner, with unprecedented access to statistical and actual call record information, without sacrificing the efficiency and all the reporting capabilities of the original call accounting system, the post affirms.
Overall, HSC teaming up with Toshiba provides the company an opportunity to extend voice calling to Toshiba consumers that seek effective communication solutions and services across Canada, and not only. The CASH+ software functionalities can help sales teams boost productivity while also allowing management to analyze individual recordings; this is in line with the company’s commitment to ensure that every agent is being professional and can meet customer service standards. A shared philosophy that CASH+ products can help meet.
