Clarus Systems Launches New Version of its Flagship Product for VoIP Management

Clarus Systems, Inc., a premier provider of integrated Voice over IP management software and services for Unified Communications (News - Alert), released a new version of its flagship product, ClarusIPC Plus+.


Essential testing and monitoring features for UC and supports leading vendors such as Cisco (News - Alert) and HP are incorporated by the feature-rich ClarusIPC Plus+.

Available for immediate release, users will be able to monitor the performance of critical enterprise Unified Communications applications, including:

--Cisco Unity Connection

--Cisco Unified Presence Server

--Cisco Contact Center Express

--The latest version of Cisco Unified Communications Manager

The capability to integrate with major network management systems is present in ClarusIPC Plus+ 4.0.  HP, recently certified Clarus Systems (News - Alert), for deep integration with Network Node Manager i version 9, that permits users to seamlessly move through a combined suite of HP and Clarus network management tools.

"Enterprises want a comprehensive management solution to test and monitor IP Telephony / VoIP capabilities as well as critical Unified Communications applications,” said Gurmeet S. By its rapid adoption by Fortune 100 Enterprise customers, managed service providers and system integrators, the comprehensive capabilities of ClarusIPC Plus+ for UC stability have been authenticated. Enterprises that depend on voice and data as mission-critical have been relying on Clarus Systems product capabilities.  These industry verticals include financial services, healthcare, energy, government and education. 

The company’s product line, with the release of ClarusIPC Plus+4.0, expands management capabilities beyond pure voice into additional UC applications and includes Automated Testing, Performance Monitoring, Configuration Management and Business Intelligence.

Newly designed and customer-proven algorithms are utilized by ClarusIPC Plus+ version 4.0. Before end users perceive the problem, Clarus identifies and helps resolve network issues.

In related news, Clarus Systems released ClarusIPC Plus+ 2.6.3, which includes support for Cisco Unified Communications Manager 8.0 and enhancements to its performance monitoring, traffic analysis, and call utilization features.
