Clarus VoIP Management Services Help Organizations Manage VoIP Processes

Among those using Clarus’ solutions are enterprise clients in financial services, healthcare, energy, and communications sectors. System integrators, resellers and managed service partners are also taking advantage of the company’s solutions, according to TMCnet.

Clarus features the ClarusIPC Plus+ software solution, TMCnet reports. Its signature product, ClarusIPC Plus+, has been certified as a Smart Link Integration (SLI) for HP Network Node Manager i 9, according to TMCnet.

Smart Link Integration links the ClarusIPC Plus+ app with HP products, “extending the management capabilities for joint customers,” the company told TMCnet. It tests and monitors calls for setup failures, poor voice quality, fraud or incorrect routing, according to TMCnet.

The Clarus services team has worked on some of the biggest and most complex VOIP networks out there. It also has certified over 5 million phones.

Clarus provides customers with comprehensive certification and testing methods – using a team of experienced technicians.

Clarus also provides successful migrations through comprehensive analysis and comparisons. Clarus certifies upgrades and the migrated environment.

In addition, Voice Service Optimization ensures that a service has been implemented properly and is operating with integrity. And Clarus ensures that TDM calls are migrated from TDM to SIP successfully.
