With new capabilities that include testing, reporting, and monitoring of communications features of the Cisco Cius device, Clarus Systems’ (News - Alert) addition of the Cisco Cius support to its flagship product will enhance the solution’s unified communications capabilities.
As a provider of integrated VoIP management software and services for enterprise voice, video, and unified communications, Clarus adds this new feature onto its ClarusIPC Plus UC Management Software product. When used in conjunction with Cisco Unified Communications Manager, users can take advantage of the new features.

Supporting capabilities for Cisco (News - Alert) Cius as a voice endpoint including registration status monitoring, automated testing, voice quality and service availability monitoring, as well as configuration reporting. In addition, the ClarusIPC Plus will continue to enable organizations to lower costs while effectively managing their VoIP operations.
Clarus also recently revealed that it is renewing its membership in the Cisco Developer Network as a Solution Provider, which is an emblem of the company’s promise to provide value to Cisco and its customers.
