Additionally, the DOTCOMinator employs a 24/7 computer monitoring software, and includes an Internet and anti-virus security suite by TrendMicro Titanium, cloud-based data backup by MozyPro, Web & e-mail server monitoring and a computer health dashboard that enables faster troubleshooting and repair of problems. The suite is a new IT support service that, until now, has been out of reach to small business and home use.
