Globalization Partners International (GPI), a provider of document, software and website/chat translation services has unveiled the RightNow CX Suite Connector, which is designed to enable more cost-effective and efficient language translation for RightNow CX users.

Leveraging the new Connector RightNow CX, users can initiate translation workflows with a single click, gain access to an array of reports to track, and manage global translation projects in over 100 languages, from Arabic to Spanish, a press release revealed.

In addition, the website/ chat translation service allows users to directly engage with their customers through social media and the Web. Also, users can improve the contact center experience by engaging with customers in the language of their choice.

"The RightNow Translation Connector is an add-in that users can install on the client side to extend the standard RightNow client UI," said Martin Spethman, managing partner, Globalization Partners International, in a statement. "It allows users to send content for translation including answers and attachments, products, categories and dispositions into and from any language."

The translation service easily integrates with RightNow client and GPI's Translation Portal and includes seamless content translation capabilities all within the RightNow desktop application. The chat translation solution also simplifies export/import process and allows for convenient 24/7 quotes and project management.

GPI's Translation Portal gives companies secure, global access to their translation project information including content and chat translation capabilities all within the RightNow desktop application. The portal has already won a 2011 Silver Award from the International Academy of the Visual Arts (IAVA) for powering the Best Professional Services platform.
