ComTranslations, a provider of comprehensive translation services including audio visual translations, Web site/chat translation and interpretations, announced the launch of an online translation hub that provides “free instant quotations and guarantees a 100 percent satisfaction with the work done.”
The translation service storefront is available 24/7 and there is no minimum fee, company officials said.
Clients can send the translation request simply by uploading the document or entering the text directly to the interface. They receive an instant quotation in the currency of their choice. Once the quotation is approved, they place the order.
What makes this service unique is that the company has qualified translators in every time zone and in 140 languages worldwide, so clients can receive the service any time of the day or night.
The company claims they are the only online translation service provider to offer their clients ongoing monthly support solutions for their daily and weekly translations without the obligation of a contract.
The monthly business solutions package allows clients to benefit from ComTranslations’s discounted rates as well as the regular translation service that is fully aware of their requisites and deadlines. The service covers, but is not limited to, regular company correspondence, documentation, internal communication, interpreting conference call meetings, newsletters, and e-mails.
ComTranslations are also experts at sworn translations, i.e. documents that have been translated by certified legal translators. These documents are printed, signed, stamped and delivered by courier. Currently the service is available in Spain and the U.S., but will be expanded to other countries soon.
In addition to these, ComTranslations offer four service levels: 7 Stars, Superior 5 Stars, Advanced 3 Stars, Sufficient 24 hour translations. 7 Stars is the premium service supported by a team of translators, editors and proofreaders led by a project manager.
The 5 Stars/Advanced translation service is performed by a team consisting of a project manager, translator and editor while the 3 Stars/Sufficient Translation service provides a perfect translation by a single translator. The 24 hour translation service ensures the delivery within a day.
