WhosOn's Live Chat Translation Software Receives High Ranking

By Deepika Mala, TMCnet Contributor

Parker Software, the developers of WhosOn live chat translation software, recently received a high ranking in a review of its software amongst a wide array of software brands from Website magazine.

In a release, Ian Rowley, business development manager for Parker Software stated, "This recognition is a fantastic achievement for our company, to be compared so highly against some of the other oftware companies in the world. We are certainly turning heads and disrupting the live chat software space!"

Initially created by Stephen Parker who is CEO of Parker Software in 2003, the chat translation solution enables website owners to easily visualize visitor activity in real-time, as well as engage with these visitors via live chats in order to improve online customer service and sales.

Due to the fact that users are able to gain access to real-time chat translation via this company, those who land on the website can chat using their own native language. How it works is when a visitor starts a chat session, WhosOn will detect the language from the visitor's browser settings. If the language used by the visitor differs from the language defined by the WhosOn operator, then the visitor will be asked if they would like to use chat translation.

Innovative chat translation platforms allow any organization to expand their global footprint. Saving money through providing an accurate translation right away, this solution costs $95 per month for up to 10,000 translations and can be used with the hosted, installable and ISP editions.

Moreover, some of the other capabilities powered by this chat translation platform include: real-time analytics and reporting, ticketing, pro-active invites, CRM integration, remote control, and much more.
