InterCloud Systems Inks New Cloud Services Agreement with Ambient Data

The company recently forged a new two year cloud-services agreement with Ambient (News - Alert) Data, a digital forensics and cyber security company. This new agreement will allow InterCloud to offer variety of services including storage and cloud and managed services utilizing Microsoft (News - Alert) Exchange, Microsoft Lync and Microsoft SharePoint to Ambient Data.

Bryan MaCaffery, CEO and lead digital forensic investigator of Ambient Data said that they were looking for a cloud partner who understood their business goals and also wanted a long term provider that could work hand-in-hand with them to develop a long-term strategy as well as deal with their international requirements.

“It became clear after sitting down with InterCloud that they were the partner we were looking for," MaCaffery added.

The services offered by InterCloud will empower Ambient Data to realize its goal of consistent reliability, flexibility, scalability and outstanding performance in the U.S. and Canada.

In related news, InterCloud Systems recently announced that it has been awarded two major design contracts for small cell deployments. Both of these contracts are in area where small cell coverage is not only a definite plus, but it is almost a necessity at this point. Combined the contracts are valued at over $600,000.
