CoreDial Boosts Partner Profits with Cloud Solutions

Those in the tech field know the positive impact the cloud has been having on their business, but nowhere has this point been driven home more strongly than in the halls of CoreDial.

Based in Blue Bell, Pa., the cloud communications software and services provider just announced it has experienced significant momentum in the cloud communications industry, with the addition of more than 80 new channel partners representing a variety of industries and regions.

The company, with more than 210 channel partners across the U.S., is reaping the benefits from its cloud communications products and services, illustrating the strong and growing demand for cloud communication technology in the SMB market.

For example, Top Notch Networking (TNN) is a provider of SMB managed IT services and a recent addition to CoreDial’s channel partner program. The company reports it is already achieving gross margins of 55 percent with private-labeled Hosted PBX (News - Alert) services, which have led to a nearly 10 percent increase in sales of the company’s IT solutions.

“[We] already feel we’ve hit our stride selling CoreDial technology,” said TNN Partner Justin Brown. “The whole industry is moving to hosted solutions, and with CoreDial, Top Notch Networks is able to think outside the IT box to the cloud.”

Those sentiments were echoed by another CoreDial customer, Unitel.
