Power Dialer Now Available for CloudComm Sales Companies
July 17, 2014
Ringio, a provider of CRM phone solutions to SMBs, recently debuted its new Zoho (News - Alert) CRM power dialer, which has proven extremely useful to the sales and marketing community.
The Ringio Zoho CRM plugin has been helping sales, consulting and customer service efforts by improving the quality of the information in their Zoho account. Ringio (News - Alert) automatically pulls a company’s contacts, leads and potentials from Zoho and identifies their callers from the information in the CRM system.
The new Zoho Dialer, introduced as a telephony app, helps fast-track sales team performance by enabling sales reps to perform calling activities directly from the Zoho CRM interface. The Zoho Dialer automatically logs sales call activity into the Zoho CRM and this feature helps managers to quickly identify the best practices and areas for improvement for their inside sales team.
“One of the best CRMs for emerging small businesses just got one of the best telephony apps in the market,” said Ringio co-founder & CEO Sam Aparicio (News - Alert). “We are proud to bring simple to use real-time communications capabilities to Zoho’s rapidly growing customer base.”
The Zoho Dialer also allows Zoho CRM users to have immediate access to an integrated telephony system that is exempt from a complex and costly on-premises setup, and offers a user experience that meets the needs of sales reps and managers. Ringio CRM functions help keep contacts in sync with Google (News - Alert) contacts, Salesforce, Highrise or other CRM systems, according to the company’s Web site, and it is easy to collaboratively enrich contact information.
Ringio is a real-time communications software company based in Washington, DC, offering award-winning telephony cloud-based services to thousands of forward-looking businesses in the technology. In addition, the company’s suite of telephony products now comprises Zoho HostedPBX, Zoho Virtual Call Center, and a Zoho Power Dialer.
