"Our customers are building critical business communications on NetFortris cloud-based infrastructure," commented Grant Evans, NetFortris CEO.
In order to meet the needs of growing businesses, organizations are turning towards solution providers to architect, deploy and maintain an enterprise-class solution. Voice, video, data and applications are the core of productivity in the enterprise. NetFortris has been providing essential business infrastructure for multi-location retail, healthcare, financial services and enterprise organizations.
To further enhance its offerings, the company will now help its customers have access to certified experts in every stage of the project, whether it's new infrastructure being built from the ground up or existing solutions that need to be expanded to meet evolving business needs.
Evans highlighted that the newly formed NetFortris Solution Architecture team is chartered to collaborate with customers to design and implement the technologies that are optimal for their business. NetFortris Solutions Engineers are led by Charles Hampton, the newly appointed Director of Solution Architecture, and are certified in voice and data networking strategy, security, unified communications technologies including voice, video and data. The architects are also certified in specialized devices and networking equipment from Cisco, Polycom (News - Alert) and other leading vendors.
NetFortris recently announced the availability of a new suite of services that will take advantage of its existing cloud-based voice and data networking services. The company’s existing Cloud Communications Platform (CCP) is an open software-defined platform that manages network and application resources. Through advanced systems architecture, planning and deployment, five star concierge services and support, and a well informed engineering team, the company is all set to deliver the solutions its customers need for their business.
