Cabinet, a company that provides electronic document management and workflow management software, has introduced Cabinet MOBILE for the iPad, an app that enables clients to access and use mission-critical documents directly from their iPad.

Cabinet MOBILE allows SAFE and SAFE CLOUD 8.5 users to interact with their documents directly from an iPad (using a native app) or other mobile device (through a Web browser). Cabinet MOBILE is available only for users of SAFE and SAFE CLOUD 8.5.

To easily access any document on the go, users can tap through Cabinet SAFE’s powerful filing structure with the help of this app. For immediate access, selected documents can be identified as favorites and they can also be copied for use in third-party apps. The company has stated that they can even be “electronically signed” with a fingertip. Also, ensuring that sensitive documentation stays private, Cabinet MOBILE deploys the same security settings that are found in SAFE and SAFE CLOUD.
