Data centers continuously face higher demand for physical infrastructure, as the IT landscape is ever changing. As the enterprise market keeps evolving, even data centers must change and augment accordingly to meet the needs of the customers.
In this regard, VAZATA – a provider of complex managed hosting, Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) and collocation services – has completed enhancements to its newly available DFW data center space.
The new footprint is within the “Dal I” data center facility of VAZATA, and is ideal for customers seeking a private pod featuring more flexible power options within a Tier III, highly compliant data center.
Lance Black, CEO at VAZATA, said the company helps customers with a simplified migration path from colocation to the cloud. During the migration process, the company ensures customers with numerous highly flexible, scalable options.
Black added, “If a customer purely needs a private pod with 562 Kw of power inside of a FISMA compliant, highly secure facility, we’re easily able to provide that through this new space. No separate cage is required and the customer has complete layout flexibility and control.”
Black also said the latest enhancement to the “Dal I” data center facility is a perfect opportunity for an enterprise with smaller power needs to implement as well as operate its own private data center solution in a world-class facility.
VAZATA’s “Dal I” facility is located at 4025 Midway Road in Carrollton, Texas. It features up to seven thousand square feet of raised floor space, 562 Kw+ of available power, a dedicated cooling environment, FISMA and SSAE 16 Type 2 compliancy, and around-the-clock monitoring.
VAZATA's infrastructure footprint currently features three FISMA-compliant, Tier-III data centers and a proprietary IaaS platform – the vStructure – for virtualization capabilities.
vStructure is VAZATA's cloud architecture and an IaaS platform that facilitates enhanced computing capabilities, accessibility and fiscal viability in solutions designed to grow with organizations of all sizes. It also supports customers in their hosting needs and provides solutions for disaster recovery and business continuity for mission-critical applications as well.
VAZATA's data centers are fully equipped with redundant telecom networks, redundant power providers, data replication across facilities and the vStructure, constant onsite technical support and security, as well as biometrics.
In other recent news, Outcome Engenuity selected VAZATA for disaster recovery solution.
