Intelliverse (News - Alert) recently announced that its partner program offering will now include cloud-based communication solutions. Designed for supporting robust communication between businesses and their customers, the latest offering from Intelliverse includes IntelliBuzz, a social media analytics and management solution and IntelliConnection, a lead-generation solution designed to mitigate cold calling. The new service will now be a part of the company’s Cloud Telephony suite of Interactive Voice Response, Automatic Call Distribution, and IP Telephony services.

IntelliBuzz has been developed as a social media monitoring service which enables organizations to optimize interactions with customers via improved listening, engagement, and measurement over multiple social platforms. Businesses can also integrate a social CRM channel with social strategies and overall business objectives. IntelliConnection on the other hand is an automated calling application and an appointment setting service capable of optimizing inbound and outbound calling efforts to drive conversations, enhance sales, and drive revenue.
The automated application mitigates dialling and directly connects the decision makers to sales representatives and the appointment setting service creates a sales base in a cost-effective manner.
The company announced the expanded partner program portfolio at the Channel Partners Spring 2013 Conference and Expo organized February 27 – March 1.
